I would like to personally extend a warm welcome to each of you. Singapore EduSmart Learning Hub is honoured to partner with Kong Hwa School to provide Student Care Centre (SCC) services for your child/ward.
Established in 2012, EduSmart currently supports over 1,000 students across various schools in Singapore. Our core values of Integrity, Care, and Trust guide our dedicated team. We are committed to working closely with you to ensure your child receives quality support and guidance in a safe and nurturing environment.
Our Student Care Centre programme is designed to support your child's holistic development. It includes:
Character development activities
Enrichment activities such as Speech & Drama, Reading Programme and Art & Craft
Outdoor activities
Supervised homework and spelling/Chinese spelling revision time
Learning journeys
This well-rounded approach ensures students are not only cared for but also provides them a conducive environment for our students to be more confident and enhance their social skills.
Safety and Security
Safety and security of your child/ward is our top priority. As a BizSAFE 4 certified organization since 2018, we adopt the best practices to provide a safe and secure workplace, and we constantly partner with the school to update our safe management measures as the situation evolves.

Successful applicants will be notified via email For Submission of documents (in person) 1) Giro form – signed (to submit original hard copy) 2) 1 passport-size photo can be emailed as well. 3) Collection of SCC T-shirts & payment to be done in person | 18 September 2026 – A Google link will be sent to book slots in Oct/Nov. |
Please note that payment of $531.00 must be made by the stipulated deadline to secure your child/ward's slot. If payment is not received by the due date, the reserved slot will be released and offered to another applicant. | 25 September 2026 |
Fee Structure
The SCC fee structure is provided below for your reference.

T-Shirt | $11 per piece (SCC T-shirts to wear daily). Based on experience, we encourage at least 3 pieces. |

Support for Needy Families
As an approved Student Care Financial Assistance (SCFA) Administrator, we are able to assist needy families to apply for financial assistance, based on the following eligibility criteria. All SCFA applications are means-tested by Ministry of Social & Family Development (MSF).
